Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and statistical analyses to address complex business problems.
- Clean, transform, and analyze large, complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production systems and monitor their performance.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data collection to model deployment and impact measurement.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of best practices within the data science team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, applying relevant techniques to current challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of deployed models and impactful analyses.
- Expertise in Python (Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy) and/or R, with strong programming skills.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from large-scale databases.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning) and statistical modeling techniques.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
