- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis and build predictive models to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and optimize performance across various domains.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements, design experiments, and integrate data science solutions into production systems.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists, foster best practices, and contribute to the overall data science strategy and roadmap.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, applying relevant techniques to improve existing solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity for analytical processes.
- Identify new opportunities for leveraging data to enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered data-driven projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and R.
- Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from large-scale databases.
- Demonstrated experience with various machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and statistical modeling.
- Strong understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to convey complex analytical results to diverse audiences.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
