- Lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business problems and translate them into data science initiatives.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses, measure model performance, and refine methodologies.
- Perform extensive data exploration, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for modeling.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the team's technical capabilities.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, integrating new techniques as appropriate.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of data science solutions in production environments.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy) and SQL; experience with R is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in various machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, deep learning).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
