Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models and data products.
- Design and execute complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define problems and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and data excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python and/or R, along with experience with relevant data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design (A/B testing).
- Extensive experience with SQL and working with large, complex datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
