Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of complex machine learning models, from ideation to production.
- Design and implement advanced statistical analyses and experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference) to evaluate product features and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate business problems into data science solutions.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of best practices, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
- Research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying relevant techniques to our challenges.
- Optimize data pipelines and model performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency of deployed solutions.
- Drive the development of new data features and metrics that enhance understanding and decision-making across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Data Science, with a strong portfolio of successful ML model deployments.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and/or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning) and their underlying mathematical principles.
- Solid experience with SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets; familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Proven ability to work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including services like S3, EC2, SageMaker, or similar.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable data science tasks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
