Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development, validation, and deployment of advanced machine learning models for various business applications.
- Design and implement A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate product features and business strategies, ensuring statistical rigor.
- Perform deep-dive analyses on complex, large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate business problems into data science solutions.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering their growth and contributing to a strong data science community within the company.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, applying new techniques where appropriate.
- Drive improvements in data collection, data quality, and data governance processes.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data science solutions.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or R, along with extensive experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong expertise in SQL for querying and manipulating complex datasets.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, causal inference, and advanced machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable analytical tasks.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
