Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into testable hypotheses and concrete data analysis plans, delivering actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate data-driven solutions into core products and features.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs, analyzing results to inform product decisions and optimize user experiences.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices within the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying new techniques to enhance our capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in a data scientist role, preferably within a tech-driven or AI-focused environment.
- Proven expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, causal inference, and various machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from large-scale databases.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly desirable.
