Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, from data acquisition and cleaning to model evaluation and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scopes and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research and implement new statistical and machine learning methodologies to improve existing products and develop new capabilities.
- Develop robust data pipelines and ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility for analytical purposes.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex data insights into clear business strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of deploying successful ML models into production.
- Expert proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and/or R, along with strong SQL skills.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
