Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, including problem definition, data collection, modeling, validation, and deployment.
- Develop and implement advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into core products and operational workflows.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to measure the impact of new features and initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve business performance and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, with strong proficiency in data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, experimental design, and causal inference.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from large-scale databases.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
