- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models, from conceptualization to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and translate them into analytical problems.
- Design and implement advanced statistical analyses and predictive models to uncover insights from large datasets.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science methodologies and MLOps.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive the experimentation and A/B testing framework to evaluate the impact of new features and product changes.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying relevant techniques to our challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
