- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis and develop robust predictive models, conducting A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Research and evaluate new data sources, tools, and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities and model accuracy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, analyses, and data processes.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed models.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn) and/or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Demonstrable experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on challenging, ambiguous problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
