- Lead the end-to-end development, validation, and deployment of complex machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business development, to identify opportunities for data science applications.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate model performance and product impact.
- Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover insights, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering their growth and ensuring best practices in data science methodologies.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying relevant technologies to improve existing solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, model governance, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and R.
- Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from various databases.
- Demonstrated experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to design, build, and deploy robust machine learning models into production environments.
- Excellent understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
