- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models, from ideation to production.
- Perform in-depth data analysis, identify trends, and uncover insights to inform strategic business decisions.
- Design and implement robust experimental frameworks to test hypotheses and evaluate model performance.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate models into scalable production systems.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science methodologies and tooling.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and big data technologies, applying relevant innovations.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a Data Scientist role, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and/or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from large-scale databases.
- Demonstrated experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, AWS S3/EMR/Athena).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
