- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data collection to model deployment and impact measurement.
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis and build predictive models to uncover trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability.
- Mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance on best practices, methodology, and career development.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying new techniques as appropriate.
- Drive the development of new data products and features by identifying opportunities for leveraging data.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data science, machine learning, or predictive analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, with extensive experience in data manipulation and statistical modeling libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Expertise in SQL for data querying and manipulation, experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, validate, and deploy robust machine learning models in production environments.
