- Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning models from conception to deployment, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Design and implement advanced statistical analyses to identify trends, predict outcomes, and optimize business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to define data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices in data science.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Research and evaluate new data sources, tools, and methodologies to enhance our analytical capabilities.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity for analytical projects.
- Drive experimentation design (A/B testing) and causal inference to measure the impact of product changes and initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of developing and deploying ML models.
- Proficiency in Python and R, including relevant data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) preferred.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
