Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data collection to model deployment and monitoring.
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve business challenges and enhance product features.
- Perform complex statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to translate analytical findings into tangible product improvements and business growth.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility for analytical purposes.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying new techniques where appropriate.
- Present complex analytical results and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
- Deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, NLP) and their practical applications.
- Strong experience with experimental design, A/B testing, and statistical inference.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
