- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data collection to model deployment and monitoring.
- Develop and implement sophisticated machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems and ensure scalability.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the data science practice within the organization.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and apply relevant techniques.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expert proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into data science solutions.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
