- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced predictive models and machine learning algorithms to address key business problems.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis, identify trends, and translate complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to define data science requirements and integrate solutions into production systems.
- Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ensure data quality and availability for analytical projects.
- Mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance on best practices, methodologies, and career development.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying new techniques to enhance our capabilities.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing strategic business decisions.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our data science roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.
- Strong experience with machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, NLP) and statistical modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices is a plus.
