- Lead the design, development, and deployment of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to inform product strategy and business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to define data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of our data science practice.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of deployed models and impactful projects.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and R.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design (A/B testing).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to translate business problems into data science solutions.
