- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of advanced machine learning models, from conceptualization to production.
- Design and implement robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and availability for analytical projects.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify key business problems and translate them into data science solutions.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies, providing strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices within the team.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, integrating new techniques where appropriate.
- Drive the experimentation framework and A/B testing methodologies to validate model performance and business impact.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and/or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience working with large-scale databases (e.g., Spark, Hive, Redshift).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
