- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform in-depth data analysis, identify key trends, and generate actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build robust, scalable data pipelines and integrate ML models into production systems.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor model performance and key business metrics.
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical validation to evaluate the impact of new features and initiatives.
- Research and evaluate new data science methodologies, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data solutions.
- Expert proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning) and their practical applications.
- Extensive experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation from large datasets.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
