- Design, develop, and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform extensive data exploration, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare data for modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Communicate complex analytical results and recommendations clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and analytical tools.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, applying relevant techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a Data Scientist or similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in Python or R and extensive experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, dplyr).
- Strong expertise in machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning) and statistical modeling.
- Experience with SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to build, deploy, and monitor machine learning models in production environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
