Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development of advanced machine learning models, from ideation and data collection to deployment and monitoring.
- Design and execute complex data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define problem statements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical tools to support ongoing data science operations.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, influencing product strategy and business decisions.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI research, integrating new techniques where appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying successful machine learning models in production.
- Expert proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R or Scala is a plus.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and statistical modeling techniques.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
