Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data collection to model deployment and monitoring.
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
- Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to measure the impact of new features and initiatives.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science methodologies and tooling.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI research.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a Data Scientist role, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.
- Expertise in various machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, NLP).
- Proven experience with experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
