- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate model performance and impact.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and data excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI research, integrating new techniques where appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed models and analytical projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy) and/or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
- Solid understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation, with experience working with large-scale databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery).
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data storage, processing, and machine learning model deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with an ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
