- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform in-depth data analysis, identify trends, and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML solutions in production environments.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance our data science capabilities and infrastructure.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and academic research in AI, machine learning, and data science.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of delivering impactful ML solutions.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or R, including relevant data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, experimental design, and causal inference.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing ML workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, work independently, and contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment.
