Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development of predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to address complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define problem statements, scope projects, and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement robust experimental frameworks to test hypotheses and evaluate the impact of new features and product changes.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity for analysis.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and reports.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the team's technical capabilities and best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, applying relevant techniques to improve existing solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
- Expert proficiency in Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and/or R.
- Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning) and statistical modeling techniques.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and causal inference methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
