- Lead the end-to-end development, validation, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.
- Design and implement robust experimental frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate tests) to evaluate the impact of new features and algorithms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify key opportunities and translate complex business problems into tractable data science solutions.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights from large, complex datasets, presenting findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, integrating new techniques and tools where appropriate.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and ethical deployment of all data science products and solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful ML solutions.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and experimental design.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to convey complex analytical results to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps principles.
