- Develop, validate, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis and data exploration to uncover trends, patterns, and insights from large, diverse datasets.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to measure the impact of new features and initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of deploying ML models into production.
- Expert proficiency in Python (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy) and/or R.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
