- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data science to drive innovation and impact.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure accuracy and robustness of solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and machine learning infrastructure in collaboration with MLOps and Data Engineering teams.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply cutting-edge techniques to enhance our product offerings.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in data governance, model interpretability, and ethical AI.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy) and SQL.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage, processing, and ML model deployment.
- Proven track record of successfully taking AI/ML projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or similar.
