Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms for various product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business problems, define data science projects, and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Perform in-depth data analysis, uncover insights, and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and implement robust data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and serving in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and model validation to ensure accuracy, fairness, and performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in model development, MLOps, and data governance.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on Machine Learning.
- Expertise in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency with SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Demonstrated experience in building, deploying, and monitoring ML models in production.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or similar is a plus.
