Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, high-performance web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into elegant and functional user interfaces.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of frontend development, including technology stack decisions and architectural patterns.
- Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies and industry trends, advocating for their adoption when appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend web development with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, including preprocessors like SASS/LESS.
- Deep experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js), with a strong preference for React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Next.js).
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Proven ability to integrate with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities (written and verbal).
