- Lead the design, development, and deployment of highly responsive and scalable web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring high performance and cross-browser compatibility.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in frontend development.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal application speed and responsiveness.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic technical decisions for frontend stack evolution.
- Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend web development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js (React preferred).
- Demonstrable experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Vuex) and asynchronous programming.
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
- Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite) and version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
