Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and responsive web applications using React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into elegant, user-friendly interfaces.
- Drive technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
- Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, from conceptualization to deployment and post-launch support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software development, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular (React/Next.js preferred).
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and API integration (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Proficiency with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) and version control systems (Git).
- Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative team player mindset.
