Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and services across the full stack.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in both front-end and back-end environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices within the team.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our technology stack.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, ensuring operational excellence.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js (React preferred).
- Expertise in back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, Java, or Go (Node.js preferred).
- Demonstrable experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and GraphQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
