Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, scope, and deliver new features.
- Architect and implement intricate back-end services, APIs, and databases using Node.js and related frameworks.
- Develop and maintain responsive, intuitive, and highly interactive front-end user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and testability through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the entire stack.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in full-stack software development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including modern front-end frameworks (React strongly preferred) and back-end runtimes (Node.js).
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and experience with ORMs.
- Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, and experience with microservices architecture.
- Strong command of Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
