- Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Architect scalable and secure back-end services and APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces with advanced front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Collaborate closely with product management, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define specifications and deliver high-quality features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
- Optimize application performance, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure system stability.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Drive innovation by researching and integrating new technologies and methodologies into our tech stack.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years of progressive professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Demonstrated expertise with a leading front-end framework (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Proficiency in back-end development with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or Java (Spring Boot).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modeling.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong command of RESTful API design, development, and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and strong verbal and written communication.
