Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect and implement robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- Develop engaging and intuitive user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire stack, ensuring optimal application performance and reliability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proven expertise with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and associated tooling.
- Strong proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Extensive experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
