- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across both front-end and back-end systems.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring exceptional user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices within the engineering team.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical roadmap planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the reliability and stability of our systems.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot).
- Proficient with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
