- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications and services.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define and deliver innovative features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java) systems.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers, foster their growth, and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, estimation, and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and related tooling.
- Proficiency in back-end development with Node.js, Python, Java, or Go, and experience with RESTful APIs.
- Strong command of relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) including services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a proven track record of technical leadership.
