Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, scope, and implement new features and enhancements.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality across the team.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, implementing effective solutions and preventative measures.
- Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve our development processes and product offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Expertise in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in at least one back-end language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go, Java) and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Express, Spring Boot).
- Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and experience with ORMs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
