Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable full-stack web applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, scope, and implement new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across front-end (React/TypeScript) and back-end (Node.js/Python).
- Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrate with various data sources.
- Participate actively in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to the team's technical growth and development.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our tech stack and development processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and associated technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Extensive experience with back-end technologies, particularly Node.js (with Express/NestJS) or Python (with Django/Flask).
- Expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
- Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and understanding of serverless architectures.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
