- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex full-stack web applications and services.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical architectural decisions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, ensuring robust and reliable systems.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying relevant advancements to our stack.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong expertise in back-end languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
- Extensive experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and ability to work effectively in a team.
