- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack web applications and microservices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define and deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, performing rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Drive architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and performant.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire stack, providing timely resolutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying relevant advancements to our projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proven expertise with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and associated tooling.
- Strong proficiency in back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, Go).
- Extensive experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
