Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable fullstack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define, prioritize, and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both frontend (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and backend (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go) components.
- Participate in architectural discussions, contributing insights to technical roadmaps and system design.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to elevate team capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring high availability and performance of our services.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, tools, and processes.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and operational support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack software development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and related tooling.
- Expertise in backend development with languages such as Node.js, Python, Go, or Java, and experience with RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong command of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
