Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Lead the entire ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment in production.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research, evaluate, and integrate new AI/ML technologies and methodologies to enhance model performance and system capabilities.
- Optimize existing ML models and pipelines for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the architectural design and strategic roadmap for our machine learning platform.
- Ensure the highest standards of code quality, testing, and documentation for all ML-related projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with a proven track record of deploying successful ML models in production environments.
- Exceptional proficiency in Python and experience with key ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD for ML).
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Superb communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant projects or contributions to open-source ML initiatives is a plus.
