- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models, with a strong focus on generative AI architectures (e.g., LLMs, Diffusion Models, GANs).
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and efficient ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference in production environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with research scientists, data scientists, and product managers to translate complex requirements into innovative AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization across various hardware platforms and cloud infrastructures.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, perform statistical analysis, and present findings to drive data-informed decisions and iterate on model improvements.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and actively evaluate new technologies and methodologies for potential integration.
- Mentor junior engineers, foster a culture of technical excellence, and contribute to best practices in MLOps and software development.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with significant experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Demonstrated expertise in MLOps principles, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD for ML, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to tackle ambiguous challenges independently.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.
