- Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend services and APIs using Python frameworks (Django, Flask).
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and highly available software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our technology stack.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Expertise with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience building robust APIs.
- Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and testing.
