- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to achieve ambitious organic traffic and conversion goals.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to identify new opportunities and inform content strategy.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexability, mobile-friendliness) and collaborate with engineering teams for implementation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other proprietary platforms.
- Manage and optimize local SEO listings and strategies for various products/services.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices, proactively adapting strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development, optimizing for search intent and ranking.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall SEO knowledge base within the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical and strategic SEO.
- Demonstrable success in significantly increasing organic traffic and achieving high search rankings for competitive keywords.
- Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with enterprise-level SEO and large-scale websites is a plus.
