- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software systems and features.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, scope, and implement new functionalities.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices within the team.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, Go, Ruby, or C++.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and API design (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
